Mesh bags, making a difference
Our friends at PaddleSouth posted a picture of the trash they collected after a paddle today. Talking about broken bottles and discarded lures isn’t exactly our favorite topic of conversation. But, the reality is, particularly on urban waterways, we find garbage. And as a company, our mission is to donate money and support organizations that protect our waterways. So, sometimes we don the gloves and help out.
You can, too. The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency gives us these awesome mesh bags in which we can collect bottles, cans and whatever else we find. Because they are mesh, the water drains out, but the trash stays.
