Like to run? Like to SUP? Why not try them together?

Come join us for three-part Run/SUP training challenge! The first two weeks Nashville Paddle Co.’s Robbie will develop a training session designed to improve your running and SUP fitness and skill. The final session will culminate with an informal timed race/challenge at either the 1 mile run/0.5 mile SUP or 5k run/1 mile SUP distances.
