What Zen Planner looks like from an iPhone

Sometimes even good changes can be challenging. That’s been the case with our transition to our new Zen Planner online reservation system. This system allows us to automate a lot of our features, collect digital signed waivers to reduce paper, and helps us serve more Nashville Paddlers.

But it has not been a smooth transition. We know some of you have experienced hiccups with the online booking software. Thanks for being patient. You can always e-mail us at info@nashvillepaddle.com if you have problems.

But here are a few tips to help navigate things: If you log on via smartphone, please click on the icon at the bottom of your page once it has loaded. That will download an app on your devise that makes it sooth sailing. Use the app to log in going forward. There are more detailed instructions online for downloading the app for both iPhone users and Android users.

Finally, if accessing from a computer, please use Firefox or Chrome. The software is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
